Yeah, we should probably define what an IT low is. I'm not sure I would have even considered the July 2002 low an IT low either but the rally that came out of that one was much larger than what I would be expecting here so it would be closer anyway.

Probaly should be defined based on the length you expect it to hold, and the strength of the rally which would evolve. In this case I don't even see a 10% rally coming, nor do I think it holds past May. Not an IT in my books.
