Iran is different you are right. They have been easing the rigorous grip of religion o the govt. Women have many more rights thatn in Iraq and some other ME countries, adn they're gettign more all the time. The young people were born after the hostage crisis on the 1970s, they are not so obsessed with radical Islam.

They also didn't invade a neighboring country in 1990.
