10:01 AM ET Hewlett-Packard falls 4% on accounting mistake (HPQ) 14.94 -0.63: Merrill Lynch says that their review of HPQ's 10-Q indicates that the co overstated cash flow from operations by $144 mln in its Feb 25 earnings release; while firm believes this was an honest mistake and found no indication of earnings manipulation, they say the timing of this mistake is bad given investor jitters over segment accounting changes disclosed in the previous release.
