David, re:My sense is that "talking" with NK isn't what's in the cards... On that I believe you're wrong. We will talk with them when we're ready - NK makes threats everyday. As long as no one gets too excited by their vitriolic language and just understand that that is how they communicate it won't be a problem - you Imperialist running dog! ;-)
