If you give away something you own, that's OK. But if you dilute everybody else to save your own hide, that's a different story.

I'm sorry - I have a serious philosophical problem with companies slithering their way out of the pension liability issue by printing brand new share certificates in lieu of placing cash in. You might as well just print a farking IOU and stick it in there.
