AO MOSENERGO to take part in V International Specialized Exhibition "Power Saving - 2003"
The exhibition will be held in Moscow from March 12 to March 15. It is organized by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and Ost West Partner Gmbh, with the support from RAO UES, Gazprom and ZAO Expocenter. The participants in the exhibition will include Russian and foreign companies which tackle energy saving problems, as well as Russian ministries and agencies.
AO MOSENERGO will be represented at the exhibition jointly with RAO UES. For the first time two AO MOSENERGO's divisions will present their equipment at this exhibition: the Central Repairs and Mechanics Plant (CRMZ) and Experimental Automation Plant (OZAP). These plants will exhibit modern energy saving equipment and present new technologies that are used in the power system.
CRMZ exhibits lead acid industrial batteries which have a wide range of application. These batteries are produced jointly with the German company Hoppecke Batterien. These batteries help to stabilize voltage and can be used at power stations, signal and control systems. This equipment is also used in communications, aviation and transportation. In addition to batteries, CRMZ exhibits dry transformers with cast high-voltage insulation, devices for smooth voltage regulation and elements of a line motor for monorail railway
OZAP, another AO MOSENERGO's division will present at the exhibition control and measurement equipment, testing equipment for relay protection, high-voltage frequency drives and PLC equipment. In addition. OZAP will present technologies for treating transformer and turbine oils which make it possible to re-use these oils.
Last year, the energy saving exhibition was attended by 22,000 specialists who represented Russian and foreign companies, manufacturers of energy saving equipment and institutions which develop energy saving technologies. |
