Calling what we have now a consensus because 1441 was a consensus is one heavy duty trip. We do not have a consensus. (Unless you are able to define consensus as the Us will go it alone- then under that definition you have a "consensus of one")

I supported Desert Storm because the rest of the world supported it, and another country had actually been invaded. I would have thought even a dimwit would have been able to understand that. I support wars where there is a UN consensus, where there has been an invasion of another sovereign nation, but which are not civil wars. Over and over again I say this, yet each time seems like the first time. I swear I'm in the land of the Lotus Eaters here.
