Paul,

Did you read Sheila Ennis's entire report? The web site only showed
the first page of a 13 page report. It is hard to make a judgement
if you haven't read the report in its entirety.

btw, nice day for WIND. It broke out of it's tight range of 38-39. Now we are above 40. Looks like the stock held support and will now challenge its highs.
