Paul, my sentiments exactly! I'm not crying over spilt milk, I'm saying that if in hindsight you're saying <<we held too long when we had a chance to get out and now we won't admit to ourselves that we have some dead money for a long time>>, then to learn from this experience so as to not repeat it, you go back and find some indicator that showed you when you should have exited. The best one I've found by far is the 20/50 moving average. It's not an indicator that changes often, and mid-last year it turned to Sell, Avoid, etc. I paid dearly in the past to learn not to ignore that sign. It's paid off handsomely since then.
