Rep. Tom Delay says that recently he was approached by a Frenchman while overseas, who obviously disagreed with him on the Iraq issue. DeLay eventually interrupted him, and asked "Do you speak German?". When the Frenchman answered "No", DeLay said "You're welcome" and walked away.
