No Clinton did not bug the Republican HQ. But if Bush has the NSA listening to the UK, France, Germany etc., what's to stop him from going to the next step, listening to domestic political foes? That's when we start entering the right-wing dictatorship area. That's when democracy gets subverted and it gets really ugly.
