I'm actually of the belief, Glenn, that this world would be far better off had the US not vetoed much of what it has over the past 50 years. And I imagine most of the rest of the world thinks this as well.

I think what'll happen is France and Germany will become more closely aligned with Russia, as well as other European nations. The Euro against the dollar will continue gaining and ultimately become a preference among more and more nations around the world. The US will suffer from boycotts and various other backlashes from this war.

Member nations of the UN will, frankly, have had it with America, and ultimately--because of the new Russin, French and German alliance for guidance--pull out of the US should Bush win a second term. If a more reasonable president becomes elected, this won't happen.

This is just my guess. I don't know this for sure. But what I do know is the world has little tolerance for the Texas Ranger of Nottingham, and that perhaps the guy who should never at all should be considered Robin Hood might end up gaining that reputation, at least in the terrorist world. And that'll be very bad news!
