I bought six weeks ago for 9-7/8 - have order in to exit at 11-7/8. Was hoping for more long term return, but I'm not complaining too loudly for 20% in six weeks. I agree that it's a "done deal", so there seems to be little upside in holding out. If it comes down to a proxy fight, game over. It would take a shareholder suit to stop it, which is very rarely successful. Good luck to everyone.
