Govt To Release State Oil Reserves Soon After War Begins

TOKYO (Nikkei)--To stop oil prices from surging, the Japanese government plans to sell state reserves of crude oil in the open market right after U.S.-led forces begin attacking Iraq, The Nihon Keizai Shimbun learned Thursday.
