When I ask if this bottom was the real deal I mean was this the bear market bottom?

Isn't a bear market supposed to mean new lows- I mean here we are after how many months and the naz is still a ways away from 1100, I don't see how the news can get much worse than it is either, on both the technology and geopolitical fronts.
