Yes, but it is a "MAD" situation, on a non-nuke basis. Either can hurt the other badly. But the NK's know they will lose.

Will they do a "Crazy Korean" and hit Seoul if we take out their processing plant? That is a the big risk. The other risk is later, if we don't take them out.

Negotiation means we give them the important things they want, and we get in return the important things we want


That's right. We give in and pay them off, and they give in and don't build and sell Nukes. But there is no way we can know for sure with them. And they cheat. It is a very tough situation JC. I don't want to see us have to move on NK. What we have here is a "Hobsons Choice."
