Good question. It may not effect cashflow but it's impact on earnings is more than sufficient to keep GMSTE in the toilette. What we need to hear is what action if any the company is taking regarding appeals of the patent infringement cases. Shouldn't they have filed the appeals immediately? What are they waiting for, the only variables I can think of are which patents to included in the case.
The idiots only went after SA with 3 the last time.
