yes but it seems that there are some other forces at play. Foxnews reported that french, who support UN so much, have been violating UN embargo on weapons trades with Iraq. It seems French have been selling Sadam weapons even after 1441 that is french are selling Iraq weapons right now knowing that those weapons would be used against its NATO ally
