No debt, revenue stream beginning and growing, no rise in operating cost anticipated since REFR doesn't manufacture. Most every major car manufacturer with an SPD project in the works. Mercedes EVO bus has tested SPD sunroofs and are testing for other models. More cars showing panoramic glass roofs? How is that a problem?

Now 2,000,000 shares to cover of a stock that insiders are accumulating and shareholders too, THAT'S a problem!
