Well, that sounds like a lot of oil, but if we look at in terms of "days," it's not THAT much.

They mentioned an "extra 950,000 barrels per day." At that rate, they have provided 30 days' worth. After that, does the amount they ship go back down to the previous level until the tankers come back (90 days later?)......?
