Steve, Good call on the rally, however, I think it is going to prove a head fake. I've added to my short position on the QQQs at 25.75+. The volume was decent I must say though... ...the charts indicate (MACD & RSI) that the rally actually ended about halfway through yesterday's 250+. Too much optimism about Iraq resolution falling apart -- as we could have expected with such poor leadership from the White House. Bush now has to go back to the drawing board and figure out a way to stradle the UN without further alienating the USA -- this is not likely to succeed, but he'll sure try; anything to keep people's minds off the economy. I knew Blair would try to backpeddle out from under the mess they started. Just look at all the posts on this thread -- nearly all referring to the potential war. There is very little discussion about the 308,000 jobs lost this last month. So the Bush strategy is proving itself out right here on this board. -JH
