Royalty wise it doesn't matter. NOK does of course pay full royalties

Where there is a potential impact (depending on the sucess or lack of same for Nokia's 1xRTT handsets or in the future for EV-DV handsets) is on revenue to QCT, those nice high margins Qualcomm enjoys, and on chipset market share which the analysts watch like a hawk, and which consequently potentially affects share value.
