And the jury is out on India.

Well we know one thing- Indian entrepreneurs who come to the USA sometimes beat us at our own game. Japanese entrepreneurs never were able to achieve this. Silicon Valley is swarming with indian CEOs, VCs and VPs. As you know the analyst ranks for intel's sector are dominated by indians currently.
