I assume that it would cost US north of 250K to keep each soldier there so let France pay US 75 billion a year and let germany pay US another 250 billion a year for carriers and let the rest of the peace-lovers to pick up good-will at another 1000 billion a year and US would stay there for a year and then wipe out Sadam.
