I'd put different emphasis here and there, but the major disagreements would be:

Doesn't really matter that much for Iraq. Given their geographic locality and current military capability, even with WMD they don't affect the balance of power. You don't even have to have a MAD policy. AD works pretty well in this case. There's absolutely no imminent threat posed by Iraq.

North Korea...that's imminent. They have WMD; they've demonstrated that they'll actively participate in illegal arms sales. And we've put economic pressure on them that encourages them to sell WMD. [Still can't believe we did that.]

AD doesn't apply to North Korea...they can take out Seoul faster than we can take them out. And if we blast NK into oblivian, we do damage to the South and to Japan as well.
