you mean to say that before Bush put troops there Sadam was actively cooperating with inspectors? It would appear that all his chemical and biological weapons were dumped in a hole in the ground in 1991 and no nuclear experiments have been carried out since before that. The biggest violation seems to be that some missles go 5 or 10 miles too far when they have no warhead. You don't have to call it cooperation, but the goal of disarmament appears to have been accomplished. Now it's just a matter of verifying it. TP
