I have no doubt that your strategy for the war on terrorism will be just as successful as the war on drugs. Well, maybe not as successful. If and when they can make WMDs in the kitchen, we shall have to see what to do. One thing at a time..... About 4 years ago I had a job down at the FAA, and one of my objectives was to generate a threat matrix. Among other things I wanted to add the threat of a hijacked airliner used as a weapon. Client said: "It's never happened before, it's not a threat, it's not going in the matrix. We'll worry about that when it happens." You and her would work well together. jttmab
