Anything that doesn't impede France and/or Russia from having those oil deals with Saddam come to fruition. Time to throw a footstomping, death-dealing tantrum cuz somebody else has contracts? I can hear the US/GB oil concerns now..."Those filthy bastages, we want that oil. Call up that guy in our pocket...whatsisname...Shrub...er Bush...yeah, that's him. Tell him to throw some death into Iraq. Make up some excuses..."
