AS--In reply to your statement the BIGDIG Tunnel in Boston is a state project please look at the facts above.
The federal Gov't will have expended 7,049 millions(7.05 biillion to you) of the total cost of 11.86 billion on this boondoggle. Leaving cost of approx 4.8 billion to the states various entities. This rape of the American taxpayer is now under investigation but you can bet your bippie the Kerry/Kennedy dynamic duo will sidetrtack it as to much came back into their pockets and the damage to Presidential hopeful Kerry would be extraordinary.
