A fetus doesn't have an active brain; a woman does.
Brain waves can be detected early in the pregnancy. Even before that point the fetus is a human life.

Because you say it is? Many scientists and MDs would disagree.

Also there are millions of women who are pro-life.

More are pro choice......you would think that would tell you something.

The % of woman who are pro life and pro choice are only modestly different then the % of men. The percentage of woman who are strongly and activly pro-life is actually higher then the percentage of men (who on the average tend to be less active on both sides of the issue).

Nonetheless, there are more woman who are pro choice than pro life.

Most women feel that men have had more than their fair share of say.

Most implies not just a majority but a very strong majority. There is no such very strong pro-choice majority. Also for your statement to be true you would not just need to have a very strong pro-choice majority but also have the majority of pro-choice women feel that men should have no say in regards to making the law about this issue. I'm not sure that that second point is true. Finally even if your discription of opinion is accurate, that doesn't mean the opinion is correct or that others should defer to that opinion.

Opinion has a lot to do with the way we feel and the way we act.

What about all the other laws where the people most effected do not get to decide. Should drug dealers and prostitutes (and their clients) be the only people with input in to laws about drugs and prostitution? Should smokers

When did women become a criminal subclass like drug dealers and prostitutes?

I know I wouldn't want women telling me if I should get circumsized or not.

Getting cirumsized doesn't kill anyone. Also a woman did (perhaps in concert with your father and and maybe a doctor) make a decision about whether you should get circumsized or not. Should fathers be the only one who gets to make this decision about children? If the practice is regulated should men be the only people to have any input on the regulations?

Getting circumsized doesn't kill anyone but its the same principle. I don't want someone telling me what I can and can't do with my own body.......and many women don't want that either. The right is always talking about an individual's rights; well, where is that stance now?
