Who has Bush unified? The world is more split than it's been in our lifetimes, and the US is sharply split too. The GOP is also splitting. Buchanon going one way, GOP moderates another, Bushies have split everything apart. 9-11 unified the country and world around Bush, but then he split up everything. Humpty Dumpty.
