AO MOSENERGO's board of directors set the date for annual shareholder meeting
On Tuesday, March 12, AO MOSENERGO's Board of Directors held a meeting to draft proposals regarding the annual shareholder meeting.
AO MOSENERGO's directors voted to set the following dates:
The date for the BoD meeting to discuss the preparation for the annual shareholder meeting (April 7, 2003)
The drafting of the list of persons who are entitled to participate in the annual shareholder meeting (April 11, 2003)
The date of the annual shareholder meeting (May 30, 2003)
The Board of Directors has also nominated candidates for a new Board (to be approved at the meeting):
B. V. Nikolsky – the representative from Moscow Government, the highest executive body at the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation
A. F. Bodunko – property minister of the Moscow Regional Government
V. Y. Platonov – deputy chairman of the RAO UES Board
B. G. Goryunov – first deputy general director, chief engineer, AO MOSENERGO
A. A. Chabak – general director of AO Management Company NIKoil-Savings
K. G. Seleznev – the head of marketing department of Gazprom
P. M. Teplukhin – president, ZAO Management Company, Troyka-Dialog
A. N. Rappoport – deputy chairman of the board, RAO UES
A. V. Chikunov – head of the Center for Implementation of RAO UES Reforms
Y. A. Udaltsov – head of the Department for Corporate Strategy of RAO UES
A. V. Yevstafyev – general director of AO MOSENERGO
P. S. Smirnov – member of the RAO UES Board
