Fred,
I am curious as to why you are accumulating now. With the SEC Form 8 issued on 7/14 showing a loss of $1.7M for June, we know that the year end financials will look pitiful. The losses in June and July will more than likely erase profits earned in the first 3 quarters of the current year.
I'm thinking that the market will hammer VTEL after the year end financials show either no profit, or a small loss for the year. Especially after VTEL has shown PROFIT for each quarter of this year. Seems to me that the time to accumulate will be then, not now.
Your thoughts?
Roger
