that's a disturbing question. How? It was in reference to this: Going in WITHOUT a strong global coalition and United Nations support is asking for trouble when it comes to the difficult and expensive 'Nation Building' that must take place after Saddam leaves power... I think the disturbing part is the killing. Not the part about using their oil to pay for establishing their new government. They are sitting on billions. I would think it would easily cover expenses.
