France and Russia certainly aren't taking into consideration that the US will go to war with or without their consent, and will surely win. The Iraqis that will decide on their oil contracts almost assuredly aren't going to look so kindly on French and Russian intransigence in the UNSC. The winners get the spoils, and they are setting themselves up to be big losers. Unless they think the US is going to pull weight for them? LOL! Derek
