A CONFESSION
I have been troubled by the recent events surrounding this fine company and the 10,026 God-fearing Americans who put their life savings on the line to one day realize their dream: SPD windows in every American home, an SPD sunroof on every Mercedes-Benzes, and SPD goggles on every golfer.
I have decided to offer an olive branch, and my friendship, by making the following confession:
1) My name is Michael Wilkins (on Mondays Wednesdays, Fridays, and two bonus days per year).
2) My name is Manuel Asensio (on Tuesdays and Thursdays, not including holidays).
3) I can't cover a single share of REFR. There is no stock for sale. Whenever I call my broker he just shrugs and says, "sorry Mike/Manuel...none today".
4) I was lying about earning a profit shorting REFR. The money I claimed to have made was actually borrowed from my illegal margin account in my illegal long account and transferred to my illegal bank account.
5) I find absolutely nothing strange in the fact that message board posters claim there is "no stock for sale"...then followup by claiming they are buying more shares.
6) I was completely wrong about Razor's Edge filing a business name statement one day AFTER REFR issued a press release claiming it was a new licensee with "40 years combined experience". I now know that the state of Delaware was conspiring with short hedge funds to conceal the truth from the world. The clerk who handles these public records is a short-seller in cahoots with hedge funds.
7) I was completely wrong about Razor's Edge president filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy in New Mexico, listing about $4,000 in assets, only a short time before appearing as "president" of the company. I now know that the state of New Mexico was conspiring with short hedge funds to conceal the truth from the world.
8) I was completely out of line to ask for proof that Inspectech was installing 5,000 SPD windows a month. It was completely unreasonable for me to assume that just because REFR and Inspectech make multiple press releases touting these installations, that I may be entitled to confirmation.
9) I agree completely with REFR management and message board posters that calling a licensee to ask for information about actual sales amounts to harassment of the highest order and only serves to conceal the truth from the world.
10) A REFR insider did not buy the services of a prostitute while he was visiting Fort Lauderdale. The girl in question was lying to me. Also, the insider's personal information that was stored on the escort agency's computer was probably placed there by short-sellers in cahoots with hedge funds.
