There are still enormous, untapped supplies in underground aquifersâ€”perhaps 500 times as much as in all the worldâ€™s rivers... It is wise for us to remember that people can be controlled by controlling their food AND water supplies. Many times corporations create shortages, or perceived shortages so they can control the distribution, i.e. a perfect example is oil. The price is controlled by the amount they wish in distribution. Water could be the same.
