"PROTECTING YOURSELF"
Question: A man whose paid thugs invaded another neighbor but then thrown out of there by your daddy lives across town and has executed his citizens, made threatening moves, etc. and constantly violated all the agreements of the neighborhood asscoaition put on him after the invasion of the neighbor back 12 yrs ago, in the last 12 years.
You call the police to report he has illegal weapons in his apartment. The police search his apartment and find many weapons he's not supposed to have. They also find no documentation of the destruction of the other banned weapons he's known to have, from prior visits by the police. (The police were kicked out of his house in 1998 after getting too close to the jackpot.)
You and the police have both interviewed former members of the man's family, members who have first-hand knowledge of the guy's lust for dangerous, illegal weapons. They provide much damning testimony.
It's also clear that the bad neighbor trains and finances bullies from other towns and cities who don't like you at all.
Meanwhile, you've gone back to the neighborhood association, for the last 18 months, looking for a peaceful solution, pleading for them to agree to get tough with the beligerent neighbor. But the neighborhood association itself is diminated by other neighbors who are themselves less than savory characters. The most powerful of these have strong money interests in leaving the bad neighbor alone - after all, they sell him a lot of cool weapons at high profit margins. The bad guy also gives these other neiighbors cheap gas for their cars. So the association doesn't do anything. Instead, they complain about you for even being concerned.
You then arm your family with Glock .40s and surround his apartment. You then see the man and his sons come out and wave flame throwers and poison-tipped rockets at you and your family.
