What an eye awakening article. To realize the miniscule progress from 1960 to 2003, when the population is still susceptible to government's propaganda via the news media. This is despite the advances in technology with all the available information through the internet. It is no better than in closed societies with madrasses. The population in both societies are still subject to the whims and propaganda of the politicians in power.
