Arguably Iraq is much less powerful after 12 years of squeezing. Jeeze we control the air over 2/3 of the country and now have U2 flights over the rest as well as satellites and dozens of ground inspectors. We could have hundreds of ground inspectors.

It's just way cheaper for our economy. We won’t kill as many innocent people. We will end up with fewer enemies if we, that means all the countries that sanctioned inspections, continue to squeeze the Iraq government.
