I might accept something like "this was the decision of a great legal mind so you should pay attention to it". But I don't accept it as automatic truth or something that would cause me to throw aside all the problems with the decision. ?

Look no one is telling you to accept it.......I was explaining to someone [I can't even remember who] that Roe vs Wade came out of a right to privacy issue. I provided Blackmun's opinion as evidence of that supposition.

However, that's lost in this whole argument because the right is so damn angry and determined to make the Supreme Ct.wrong on this issue.
