Remember the disinformation report that Iraq sought American military uniforms in order to create attacks on his own people which could be blamed on the Americans? Given the juggernaut in the United Nations relative to Bush not getting what he wants, an endorsement for a preemptive war, it wouldn't surprise me if the American side sought Iraqi uniforms in order to create an Iraq-Kuwait border incident which could open the door for Bush to begin his war.
