I like that you guys are obsessed with Kerry and never mention any of the other candidates. It seems the GOP has also realized that Kerry is the man.

As for the photo ops idea, that's Bush territory. And he's the one wearing the military jacket he hasn't earned the right to wear.

Kerry doesn't do silly photo ops. He was a real war hero and knows not to trivialize military matters. When he talks about war he feels it in his marrow just the way McCain and other war veterans do. He has killed and took three bullets. He has had men die in his arms. Therefore you will never see Kerry use a war for selfish political purposes. Ever.

Not a single war veteran in the White House save Powell. They are the ones who often use war for politics, minimize the dangers and treat the world like they're playing RISK or some video game. War is real. And war can be very ugly. Perhaps if Wolfowitz, Cheney, Rice and Perle were sending their own sons, or had ever been in the military, they'd be less eager for war.
