Half the California deficits are from the phony energy crisis masterminded by Enron, Reliant, Williams, El paso and others, all in Bush's closest circle of friends. He and Cheney knew what was happening and instead of stopping it, encouraged it. Dont tell me they were out of that loop.

Bush is also trying to ram through environmental deregulation opening up California's older forests for massive logging and our sea coasts for drilling. He bought out Florida oil leases to help Jeb but not in California. Californians prize the protection fo the environment. Bush is the enemy on that accord.
