C-SPAN has not shown one advertisment since their first $25,000 for one camera for the the one and only covering the USA congress, from morning paryer until the last idiot leaves.
Sorry, not really true, the do show a lot of campaign advertisements during and after every USA elections, and sometimes inbetween, but only if they do not need to pay for them.
That is, one of my favorites, when they get all the campaign gurus together and make them brag about their campaign advertisements, for free.
Anyway, I could go on and on and have more fun, but I would just suggest
c-span.org
although it might take some 5-10-15 years to figure out how it realtes to other media.
