Right, the war on terrorism will increase terrorism. Brilliant, let's just do nothing. They won't hit us again, and again and again.

We tried this in the 90s. Sure worked great.

Obviously, we need to take out any and all regimes that support terrorism. And that includes France, if it comes to that. ;-)
