That's an even better question today...AFTER all possible uncertainty about the future of existing shares is gone. I called the company and the nice lady read me the script which was very clear about the "value" of the existing shares.

On the other hand, things are worth whatever people are willing to pay for them, and today the shares are worth about .40 to .60 even though their underlying value is.....well, considerably less.
