Hi Adjuster,

I just got off the phone with Peter Low President of TOR.We discussed TOR and he said they are working on some major oil deals in Alberta,Asia and China.I this point I don't have any details,but he said the deal in China and Alberta could be huge. At 5c and about a million shares on the bids,I don't see any downside.

Call Peter at 604-669-6651 and see if he will explain what is going on.Be sure to ask for Peter.
