To be more precise, LB, Ken put his foot down when I followed that line with this one:

And rightfully so. My words. as I wrote them, seem to imply that Goebbels' methods have an important place in our foreign policy making. This is not so and I do not believe it is, either.

It would have been much more correct for me to say that they seem to have an important place in the "selling" of our foreign policy.
