In the article about Abraham on the plane with OPEC, I felt like the Strategic Petroleum Reserve had volume enough to effect prices. Is the oil in the salt mines ever considered in pricing? Is this what you mean when you say our goals are the same? Rascal@ thanksforinfoagain.com
